Volunteer Application
All MENtors are required to complete the Willow Womens Center Employment Application prior to being matched with a MENtee.

This questionnaire helps us understand your background, experience, strengths, and mentoring style so we can make the most effective match possible.

Post-Meeting Report Form
After each meeting with your MENtee, please complete the electronic form. This allows us to:
Ensure consistent support
Track engagement and growth
Identify areas where additional guidance may be needed
Protect both you and your MENtee through accountability

RightNow Media (Discipleship Platform)
RightNow Media is a streaming library of thousands of Christian video resources including:
Bible studies
Marriage and parenting series
Leadership training
Discipleship materials
Short-form devotionals you can use during meetings
This platform allows you to recommend content directly to your MENtee or watch together.

As a reminder, your core commitments include:
Meeting at least twice per month
Maintaining confidentiality
Providing encouragement balanced with accountability
Modeling spiritual growth
