Over the years, many of our faithful supporters have shared that they no longer enjoy driving after dark. At the same time, attendance has continued to grow. Offering both a Morning Brunch and an Evening Banquet allows us to provide a daytime option while creating room for more guests to participate.

The Morning Brunch and Evening Banquet will feature the same ministry update, testimony, vision presentation, and fundraising opportunity.

The primary differences are the meal and atmosphere.

Morning Brunch

• Doors Open: 9:30 AM

• Program: 10:00 AM–12:00 PM

• Brunch Buffet

• Raffle

Evening Banquet

• Doors Open: 5:30 PM

• Program: 6:00 PM–8:00 PM

• Traditional Dinner Banquet

Guests are encouraged to choose the event that best fits their schedule and preferences.

As the banquet has grown, ticket sales help offset a portion of the event expenses while allowing Willow Womens Center to offer two event experiences. Many pregnancy centers throughout our region utilize ticketed events as part of their fundraising strategy.

As always, the purpose of the banquet remains unchanged: celebrating what God is doing through Willow and inviting our community to invest in the lives of women and families.

Absolutely. Guests are welcome to register independently and will be seated with other attendees. You do not need a Table Host in order to attend. You can even request to sit with a friend if you know they’re coming.

During registration, simply select your Table Host's name from the list provided. This allows us to seat you with your host and other guests at their table.

Yes. Both events will include an opportunity to support the ministry of Willow Womens Center through a financial gift. Attendance does not obligate you to give.

Business casual attire is appropriate for both events.

Many guests choose to dress slightly more formally for the Evening Banquet, but formal attire is not required.

Funds raised through the banquet support the ministry of Willow Womens Center, helping provide compassionate care, parenting education, practical resources, discipleship opportunities, and support services for women and families throughout our community.
