What is Thriving Together?

Thriving Together is a program at Willow Womens Center that supports mothers as they prepare to welcome their babies.

Through the program, mothers receive:

  • Practical parenting education

  • Life-skills training

  • Biblical encouragement and support

  • Mentorship and relationship

As mothers participate in classes, they earn baby essentials and household items that help them care for their families.

Our heart is to walk alongside each woman so she and her child can flourish physically, emotionally, and spiritually.

Donation Guidelines

Thank you for helping us care for mothers and babies in our community. Your generosity helps us keep Kathy’s Kloset stocked with the items families need most.

To ensure the safety of the families we serve, please review the following guidelines before donating.

Gently Used Items We Can Accept

Items must be clean, in excellent condition, and free of stains, rips, or heavy wear.

We gladly accept:

  • Blankets

  • Books

  • Bibles and devotionals

  • Baby monitors

  • Diaper pails

  • Diaper bags

  • Sound machines

  • Bottle drying racks

  • Breastfeeding cover-ups

  • Rattles or teethers in like-new condition

Items That Must Be NEW (In Original Packaging)

For safety and liability reasons, the following items must be new and unopened:

  • Car seats

  • Strollers

  • Cribs or crib mattresses

  • Pack & Plays

  • High chairs

  • Walkers

  • Bouncers or baby seats

  • Play mats

  • Baby bathtubs or bath seats

Why These Guidelines Matter

Many baby items have safety standards, expiration dates, or recall concerns, which means we cannot distribute them if they are used. Accepting only new items in these categories helps us protect the families we serve.
